These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the InteSys website (intesys.io) and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
InteSys provides cloud infrastructure services including Cloud Servers (VPS), Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Email Hosting, Transactional Email API, and DevOps as a Service. Service availability and features may vary by plan.
2. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, to send spam or unsolicited communications, to distribute malware or malicious content, to infringe intellectual property rights, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
4. Service Level Agreement
We strive for 99.9% uptime for our infrastructure services. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. Service credits may be available for qualifying downtime events as defined in individual service agreements.
5. Payment & Billing
Fees are billed according to your selected plan. Payment is due as specified in your service agreement. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice. Unpaid accounts may be suspended after reasonable notice.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on intesys.io are owned by InteSys. You retain ownership of your data and content hosted on our infrastructure.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InteSys shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. We may suspend or terminate services immediately for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be available for export for 30 days.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Porto Alegre, RS, Brazil.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice at least 30 days before taking effect.
